My daughter has always seemed musically inclined, ever since she was a toddler. I don’t know where she gets it from because neither her father or I care much about that topic. By the time she reached seventh grade, she had to pick an instrument to play, as all the other kids in her class did. She loved it and blew past the other kids. That was when I realized that music school may benefit her, so I enrolled her in classes elsewhere, too.

I remember needing to choose something to play back when I was her age, too. I went to the same school that she is now attending. I dreaded it. I just had no interest, and once the teacher began teaching me, I was not very good at it. Read more

I Have an Idea for an App

I have been working on my android programming, but it is a difficult thing and the big problem is that I am trying to learn it on my own in my spare time. It is a lot easier to find the time during the summer when I am out of school, but obviously there are a lot of other things that are a lot more fun. I got this idea from this girl I was trying to get close to. She was telling me one of her friends had found a kik hack tool on her phone. Moving Our Company Forward Was Important to Us

Needing to get the word out about our company became my goal last year. We had been in business for many years, and we had been working steadily toward our goal of wanting to expand our customer base. It’s not something we had been careful about previously because you don’t want to expand before you’re ready to take on a large amount of business. But once we got to that point, it was time to do something about corporate video production in Singapore so that we could help brand our business.

Dancing the Summer Night Away

My wife Jinju and I have been married to each other for three years. We are so in love with each other. Our relationship is somewhat weird to others. We both come from totally different backgrounds, but we still in love despite our differences. We both have different careers, countries of origin, and languages. One thing that we discovered was that we both loved salsa dancing and Spanish culture. I actually met my wife Jinju at a Spanish restaurant in Dempsey Hill. It was a nice restaurant with a dance floor for patrons. It was also where we had our first date. I wanted to do something special for my wife. I took her to that same restaurant to celebrate the anniversary of our union together.

My wife and I are totally different people. I am a black American from Georgia. My wife Jinju is from the country of South Korea. She moved to America while she was in college. She did not know English that well. She went to law school and is a successful lawyer. I am a successful television producer. Our differences may be obvious to the outside world, we still feel that we were made for each other.

The restaurant where I met Jinju is full of some of the best memories of my life. I can perfectly recall the first time I met Jinju. I remember that night like it happened yesterday. I was really shy about dancing because I was not very good at it. I liked salsa dancing, but never had real lessons. Jinju walked up to me. She was so nice and friendly. She looked so beautiful in her dress. She asked if I wanted to dance and I agreed. She took me by the hand and led me to the dance floor. She was as graceful as a swan. I could tell she had training. I knew from that one dance that I had to make this woman my wife.

Don’t Buy Casement Window AC Units when Central Air is More Affordable

My dad is stubborn. He has been retired for years and is slowing down a bit. Mom wants an air conditioner at least in the bedroom so she can sleep better. They have casement windows, and a window unit costs a fortune for that type of window. You can get one for a standard double-hung window for about $200. It is about three times that much for windows that open vertically. He said he won’t pay more for the same thing made to fit a different window. I called a place that does AC installation in NYC to see how much central air would cost.

I figured that since they already have a forced-air heating system, then adding an AC unit would not be outrageous. After all, they do not have to run new ducts. It is just putting coils inside on top of the furnace and the unit outside. A little plumbing with copper tubing and wiring a junction box is all the extra they need. They already have a four wire cable running up to the thermostat to add an AC system. Plus, I changed their thermostat for them awhile back, and it is ready to be hooked up to AC. Read more

Started Planning a Hunting Trip

I have just got started planning a trip to the Rockies in North Dakota. I am going to do a little elk hunting, but I am not quite sure that I have quite the rifle for the job. Of course elk hunting is usually done at extreme ranges, usually you are going to find a vantage point and wait for a herd of elk to come into range. I went around looking for the right rifle and I found one that was exactly right. It had an eight round cartridge holder on the butt stock and it was obviously the exact sort of thing that I needed. An Apartment with Everything I Could Want

When I decided to start looking for an apartment, I had a checklist of things that I wanted the one I picked out to have. I definitely wanted one that allowed small dogs, and also one that has a large swimming pool. I know most apartment buildings have fitness centers, but I have always enjoyed swimming over riding stationary bikes or lifting weights. I also wanted a nice apartment that would not cost a fortune, and I was able to find everything that I wanted at the the Marq Highland Park apartments that I looked at online.

Being Sure About Treating Vaginal Conditions Especially when Pregnant

Around here they call them female problems. It is a polite way to talk about anything associated with the female reproductive system. I think that all girls should be taught medical facts about every one of their reproductive associated organs. There are girls whose parents and guardians do not even give them instruction on what to do when they start their periods other than to hand them a box of pads or tampons. Then for things such as discharges, odors, pain and other things, there can be recommendations for everything from Crystal X to sharing prescription drugs to home remedies. I think information about things such as vaginal health are important as well as knowing what products are safe to use in treating problems. I mean real information based on medical science. Not what you can typically find on a search engine. There are girls who are concerned about non-issue things such as tightening their vaginas. Looking for a Place Near the Campus

I am not a freshman any longer and that means that they are going to let me move out of the dorms this semester. That is fine with me, since I never really liked sharing a room with a virtual stranger. He and I got along okay, but I was never comfortable around him because he was a bit strange or so I thought. So I have started hunting for apartments that I can afford. I am using the internet to do it and obviously I am looking for a place near the campus or at least on the campus’ bus lines. I have an old car, but from what it seems to me the thing is not going to be any use to me while I am here. Every time that I move the thing it is virtually impossible to find a place to park it when I get back here, or at least you never find a parking space in a reasonable amount of time. Read more

I remember years ago sitting back on the couch with some friends late at night, all of us having had too much alcohol to go out and grab some food for our favorite restaurant. I can recall us musing over the idea of a business model idea that would go out and get the food that you wanted no matter where it was or what time of the night it had been. Back then the idea would have been completely unwieldy – it would have been dependent completely on a phone service. Buying the perfect today online is the way to go. It’s Monday the 30th which means it’s Cyber Monday for those who have been living under a rock. Whether you’re buying your favorite PS4 game, an Echo for your spouse or loved ones or even one of those famous Brazilian body wave hair bundles, practically everything right is on sale on the web. It’s a much better shopping experience than you’ll find out there in the real world. Me? I’ll stick with my digital silicon world of 1’s and 0’s where I can take advantage of some seriously sweet deals.

I don’t know why anyone even bothers to go out to those brick and mortar stores on Black Friday. This Black Friday here in Louisville resulted in a fist fight within the first hours of the store opening. Read more

Working As an Animal Trainer for Media

I have been working as an animal trainer for awhile now. I have done some local commercials and TV shows. I made my own invoices from a website I found. I also have some business cards printed up and my own website with the animals I have and have worked with, though I can work with most anything. I can even help find animals to work with if they need something special. I have junior trainers that help me as well. Working on a Budget for the Man Cave

I am starting to look very closely at how I want to get my new man cave set up. Of course I have to figure out what my budget is going to be first. You are going to have to know what you can afford and then you decide what you are going to do. RIght now I am looking at Directv packages and channels, because they are going to have the best deals on what I want. That Forgetful Wife of Mine

Last week, my wife Wooju and I took a trip to Aspen for our anniversary. We went skiing in the mountains. We crashed a couple of times, but it was so much fun. We had a romantic time in our warm cabin. We returned home with an awful surprise. The entire lower level of our house was flooded. Luckily, our cat was not home at the time. It was dangerous. Some electrical appliances were submerged in the water. I called a plumber in Essex County NJ to solve the problem. Wooju had an embarrassing look upon her face. She knew something that I did not know.

During the week of our departure to Aspen, our city was cold. The temperature outside was below freezing. I was already in Aspen and my wife planned to meet me there. I called my wife to tell her to leave the sinks dripping. This would have prevented the pipes from gaining too much pressure and rupturing. As usual, Wooju was running late. She must have overslept. After taking her shower, she quickly packed her bags and left for the airport. She forgot to leave the faucets dripping like I told her. Read more

Small States Must Diversify Their Energy Infrastructure

It’s still strange to think that I’m able to freely call a competing energy company (www.choosetexaspower.org) and have my service switched over should my current provider raise the prices. This is an option that I’ve never actually had before – it’s almost enough of a novelty that I simply want to switch services on principle. In Indiana I was never given a choice. I had the one company and I better be darn sure that I was happy with them because otherwise I wasn’t going to have any energy service to my home if I decided to cancel. Options are good for the market and good for the consumer soul.

I am going to try to make some beats and re-mix some beats that my friend made on his computer. But in order to be able to do that, I am going to need to have a program to do that with. I do not have any software on my computer right nwo that is capable of mixing the beats that I want to look into finding an audacity free download for my computer.

I have heard good things about that software. I am not going to be able to download it right now, because I am riding in a car across the state, in order to get back to my apartment. I was out visiting my family for the holidays and now my brother is driving me back. Read more

Working Around the Yard This Week

I finally have the money to fix up the yard the way that Anna always wanted for it to be. We have just over an acre of land and there are a lot of trees in the back of the yard. They are not that bad looking by any measure, but we are going to get a tree service in westchester ny to clear out enough of them so that we can bring in some sun for a really nice little vegetable garden back in there. It will be pretty expensive, but of course you can not just go cutting down big trees without any skill or any foresight. It takes a bit of skill for you to do a safe job of it and obviously the objective is to get the tree down on the ground without any of the people involved getting killed or maimed. That always ruins the party from what I have learned.

The purpose is to have a nice place where we can grow a few flowers and a lot of vegetables. In the process I am willing to take down the trees which I can take down, but I figure it will be better if the really troublesome ones are removed first. I can do a very simple and straightforward job of cutting down a tree. It just has to be something that is going to go exactly where it is supposed to go with no other option either. I can not drop a tree that needs to be topped for example, I can climb a tree if you give me all of that gear and such. I can not climb a tree and then start playing around with a chainsaw. My saw is too heavy for that sort of playing around at any rate.

They Trimmed All of Our Trees

When I bought a house in Brooklyn, I knew that all of my dreams had finally been answered. Not only did I marry a great guy and have three wonderful children with him, but we also found the perfect home in a school district that I was happy with. The only problem with the house were some of the trees were extremely large. I knew that I was going to contact a tree service in brooklyn ny to see about either pruning them or cutting them down before we even moved in.
