Moving to a New Land
When I took a trip to Canada last year, I fell in love with it so much that I wanted to move there. There was just something about the place and the people that made it better than where I was already living. I gave it some thought, and decided that it would be best if I became a Canada PR. The lifestyle of the people in Canada aligned more with what I wanted, so it was only natural that I should move there and live out the rest of my life in complete happiness.
Moving from one country to another isn’t exactly the easiest thing to do. You have to fill out paperwork to get yourself registered as a legal citizen, and the process can take a while, depending on who is processing the information. There is also the issue of money and fees. You have to have money to travel to another country, and if you’re bringing items with you, that’s going to cost even more money. You need a passport to leave the country, and you need a job and a home in your new country of residence, unless you want to live on the street like a homeless person.
Taking all of this into account, I began taking the necessary steps to make myself a legal Canadian citizen. My biggest issue was coming up with enough money to leave and to purchase or rent a place to live. I sold some of my belongings and did some extra work to earn more money. Once my paperwork was finally approved and I had enough money, I hopped on the plane to Canada. The only items I took with me were some clothes and my computer. The apartment I rented was bare for a while, but I was living in my dream land.
