A Flex Belt?

2011
12.24

stretch marks videoI’m so wanting to get my stomach toned and tight again. It looks really, really bad…I adore this baby, she’s 6 weeks old now, but my stomach is a ruin. I didn’t expect it to be this bad…but between the stretch marks and saggy muscles, I’m a mess.

I read a Flex Belt Review, and I think it might be just the thing for me. It said I have to wait maybe another 2 weeks to use it, but that’s ok with me. It’s got so many advantages…I don’t have time to go to the gym now like I used to, and beside, I don’t want to leave my little sweetheart with anybody, even leaving her with her dad makes me nervous! All those mom hormones have kicked in, big time!

Anyway, I can use the flex belt at home whenever I feel like putting it on, use it for 30 minutes at a stretch, and done. What could be easier than that for a stay at home like me?

Maybe later I’ll feel like going back to yoga, but for now? This flex belt for toning my abs seems just about right.
